Paying for an order

2xumzv supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover using third-party payment processing. Checkout operates in CAD. The payment options shown for your checkout and your issuer’s approval determine whether a method can be used for that order; this page does not promise other wallets or payment services.

Your order total

Before placing an order, review the goods, selected variants, any eligible promotion, tax and final CAD total. There is no minimum spend for free Standard Shipping in Canada. A card account in another currency may involve conversion or issuer fees set by your bank. International shipping is not currently provided by this store.

Pending entries and payment status

An issuer can display an authorization or pending amount before a charge is completed. Capture and statement-posting timing can vary with the order and payment service. Contact support@2xumzv.shop with the order reference to clarify a particular entry. An order acknowledgement by itself does not mean every pending bank entry has settled.

If a payment needs attention

Use checkout to submit card information and complete any verification requested there. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords to customer service. If an attempt fails, check the details and any issuer restriction. For apparently repeated payments, distinguish pending entries from completed transactions and avoid making more attempts while the result is unclear. Send the order reference and a redacted description so we can investigate.

Credits after an approved return

We process an approved return refund to the original method within 10 business days of receipt and review of the goods, with mandatory deadlines preserved. A payment institution can take further time to post the credit. There is no extra fixed bank-time promise.
