Shipping policy

Our Canadian delivery service

Orders from 2xumzv are delivered within Canada. Every province and territory is covered by free Standard Shipping, regardless of the order value. The delivery charge for that service is 0 CAD. We do not currently accept an international delivery destination; checkout displays applicable taxes and the complete Canadian-dollar total.

Processing plus transit

Allow an estimated 1–2 business days for processing and a further 4–6 business days for Standard Shipping after dispatch. Under normal conditions, this means an estimated 5–8 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Transit can vary with distance, weather, remote delivery conditions and shipping disruptions. These estimates describe the normal schedule and are not a guaranteed delivery date.

Before and after dispatch

Please supply a complete and accurate delivery address, including any unit number and postal code. Contact support@2xumzv.shop as soon as possible if you need an amendment or wish to cancel. We will determine what remains possible for the order and consider applicable cancellation rights. Once dispatched, a parcel may no longer be changeable. Dispatch details include tracking when it is issued for the shipment.

Delivery enquiries and problems

If the shipment is delayed beyond the usual estimate, the tracking stops progressing or the parcel cannot be found after a delivered scan, send us your order reference and tracking details. Checking safe delivery places and with other occupants may help locate it. We will investigate and work on an appropriate resolution. For transit damage, keep the packaging and goods and send a description with useful photographs if available. We do not require you to surrender any mandatory consumer remedy.
