These terms address browsing, accounts and orders. A person making a purchase must have the legal capacity to enter it, with a parent or guardian’s involvement where required.

Using the service responsibly

Keep your account access secure and supply accurate contact, delivery and purchase information. Let us know about suspected unauthorized account use. Fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, interference with the site and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. We may take appropriate action against misuse in accordance with law.

Choosing products and paying

Read the description, selected size and colour and available product information before buying. Colour appearance can differ between displays, and inventory can change. Prices, discounts and checkout totals are in Canadian dollars. Applicable tax and any charge are shown before order submission; Canadian Standard Shipping is free. Receipt of an order submission does not remove payment, stock and verification requirements for acceptance and fulfilment. If a material error or lack of stock prevents supply, we will contact you about the appropriate correction, cancellation or refund rather than promise an unavailable item.

Orders after submission

Send amendment or cancellation requests promptly. We will check the order’s progress and applicable rights; a dispatched shipment may no longer be changeable. Normal processing of 1–2 business days and transit of 4–6 business days produce a usual total estimate of 5–8 business days. See Shipping Policy for the details. Our voluntary 30-day return and exchange policy, free approved eligible return arrangement, zero restocking fee and original-method refund schedule are explained in Returns & Refunds. These arrangements do not displace statutory protections.
